Thats so sad to hear really. If I were you with this much money spent, I would go crazy by now. My guess is that maybe the donor hair was taken out of the safe zone. Check your scar, was it within the safe zone below or was too high and out of the safe zone. Show us a pic of your scar to know they mysterious reason of the poor growth. I really feel you buddy.

Amman, i feel you buddy, you sacrificed a lot. You traveled back and forth (India-Vancouver-India) which is maybe almost $2000 and paid almost $24500 for your surgery of 5932 grafts, but mark my words bro, you will never ever regret it, you went to one of the most trusted HT surgeons in the world (my 2nd choice personally) and managed to extract this decent number of grafts knowing you are using also hair loss medicines along with it. Give it 6 months only and you will see the difference and thank your own patience... Try to use some concealers like Toppik and nanogen to boost up your image, that will help and make you ignore the time. Awesome Anouar, I now realized how hair does really make difference in persons appearance, You look so good now seriously. If based on results I have seen, it would be those 3 in order... 1) Dr. Rahal (King of hairlines) 2) Hasson & Wong 3) SMG (Ron Shapiro)

My final advice is if you were located in the east, go for Dr. Rahal, if you are located in the west, go for Hasson and Wong... These two are the best surgeons in my eyes. But if you insist to have one in the states (USA) then Dr Ron Shapiro will be relatively the best, but demand for a lateral slit technique to be used on you exclusively, it gives you better coverage and density illusion. Dr Pathomvanich for sure. No doubt.. He is the right choice to me. 1) More experience and contribution to the HT industry, 2) Just won the golden follicle award (knowing his not from the west, which for the first time), 3) Very nice results with using lateral slit technique (same used with rahal and H&W), 4) Very thin scar (Even TomA a patient who done an HT with Dr. Path and did his 2nd OP with Madhu said that Dr. Madhu took time to find his scar because of the perfect closure), 5) Country (No compare, Bangkok is a first class tourism country), 6) He is not only a recommended Doctor in the forum but a COALITION MEMBER as well... I agree with Lorenzo. Dr. Rahal is the closest surgeon i have seen to H&W, same techniques (lateral slit), mega session, dense packing and tri-closure. Also video postings available for clarity. Try to compare both clinic results and you will see very satisfying results. Also consultant availble all the time upon calling and both has very good customer service like Adrian and Joe.

Both are great choices, actually they are my favourite including H&W. IMO with looking at the post OP pics and hairline designs and satisfying denisty along with the lateral slit technique and tri-closure. I will go with Rahal. All respect to SMG..

I do agree with Matt, IMO after long searching, my American choice will be Dr Ron Shapiro. I love to be handeled by a very careful HT surgeon who doesnt risk a lot and care about the details and the procedure. Especially for having a very well experienced staff and head nurse (Janna). He honestly was my 2nd choice after Rahal before I decided to do my repair surgery.

I also was told that Dr Ron Shapiro performed HT for not only many politicians but also to HT doctors, but i couldnt grab a name. But he is in the eyes of many a very very safe choice.

What if i told you, that my stitches were removed by day 10 and my scabs were removed also by day 10.. Because of what my previous doctor told me to do and everything went fine however i hope thats healthy otherwise i would know by now that its the reason of my poor growth lol.

Vin Diesel has a very beautiful shaped head, he is one of the few where being bald is sexier than being hairy. I wish i had the shape of his head. As you know not every head looks beautiful without hair. Thats why black people looks so beautiful if head is shaved including women because their skull in general very nice and rounded.
