What is the average person's maximum number of times he can undergo strip procedure? If inbetween the first strip procedure and the last strip procedure he had 2 fue procedures, can he still hav adequate grafts left for the last strip procedure?

I have a really fukced up hair transplant(s) thanks to alvi armani and I cannot keep using dermmatch every single fukcing day to hide it. Thanks to dermmatch for the past 2 months or so I've been able to walk out and actually style and comb my hair although I try to stay a good distance away from people because up close my screwed transplant and dermmatch are both noticable. I already had fuss so I have the strip in the back already, and I've had fue too so I'm diminished in general throughout the donor area. With that being said, I think I now want a "touch-up" or a minor procedure(?) so that I can somewhat fill in the empty areas of my hair transplant in my hairline. I've successfully and thankfully have maintained my own hair with propecia, but that's not enough. I want to go with strip with hasson and wong, but I want to save that for later as am sure I will not be able to do 3 strip procedures due to elasticity issues. So, can I do fue again but not interfere with the donor hairs that i wil use for future strip??? I want to get the most out of my next last and final strip in the future. Although I need more grafts, I'm looking to currently take care of two specific regions which are directly in each of the right and left corners of my hairline, approx 2 inches in diameter on each side. Can I get away with only 300 grafts in each area?? I just want to denseup a little those areas so that the front row hairs down fall flat making very obvious my hair transplant and the lovely scars everywhere left by armani. P.S. I returned here after a long time so please don't antagonize me as to why I dissapeared. It was becoming overwhelming for me consuming my brain and time. I was also offered a free touch up along with an appeal topity directly from armani which also made me stop posting. However since he never came through with his free touch up and since I am sick and tired of using dermmatch every day to hide his faults and because I cringe at the very thought of lost 5,000 grafts .... here I am once again.

Then hairlosshelp's farrell wouldn't tolerate their scandals anymore either and kicked the clinic and their shills and reps out of there too, and now they are hairsite. Lets see how long they last on hairsite after hairsite is mentioned in our legal crossfire. It must be so embarrassing to be getting kicked off from forum to forum - I'd be ashamed personally) Yes, the deal was not to allow anyone to know that I had a prior hair transplant with Armani for a few reasons: a) I wasn't an avid poster on hairlosshelp and for me to come in there and start praising armani would make me look suspicious if everyone knew that I was only praising him because I was his patient. No, they wanted someone neutral to show he (i) had no agenda in posting postiive things and pushing armani forward (all the posts are there. simply go to hairlosshelp, search button, and find all my posts). b) after doing that for a few weeks we were kicked out and we went to hairsite and armani and rep(s)/shills were now way more focused on hairsite as they just lost a source of advertising with hairlosshelp. Again a few weeks or maybe months later I announced I was getting a hair transplant with armani. meanwhile, armani aclinic and i already had an agreement in place and date set prior to me announcing it randomly in the forum as if I "finally narrowed my choice down between top clinics, and chose armani. Hmmm, forum members, wish me luck and I will keep everyone posted with an honest review". BS. It was already guaranteed positive reviews will be posted everywhere regardless of whether or not I had a good outcome. It as a written agreement, man. I was so good at it that people fell for my thread, my pics (tampered with by me, I deserve to be called an @sshole), and my review of my results and the clinic. Every single anti-armani person on the forum had ther mouths shut - THAT's how convincing I was..... aaaaaaaaaallllllllllllll pre-planned my man. So, if anyone knew I had a transplant already once before with armani what makes you think my reviews will be viewed unbiasedly? c) Because my hair looked like shyt!!!! if people on the forums knew I had a hair transplant before they will ask for pictures!!! You think Armani will allow me to post what my hair looked like? Forum members are going to call me crazy for three reasons 1) "Your 1st hair transplant wasn't a homerun, why the *** would you go to them again?" and 2) "you had 2,500 grafts.... where are they!?!?!? and 3) you're getting 2,500 grafts in your hairline AGAIN!?!?!"... what credible shill would I have been then? Notice how after all two yrs Pats announces for the FIRST time I had a procedure with Armani back in 2003? :rolleyes: I wonder why..... ooops, cover is blown :eek: I already know of 4 people right off the bat that will be more than willing to take this that serious. I am also even MORE sure that once a website is up and running announcing "by an attorney" that if you've been a victim of Alvi Armani's hair transplant and feel you've not gotten what was promised to contact us. This will be time consuming, but if he wants to start throwing punches and pouring salt on wounds, then so be it. The only thing I would liek to do first is get legal advise on the legality surrounding the nature of creating such a website first and I won't be able to that this week.

I see no agenda in creating this up as to be frank I honestly once did think I had an excellent relationship with the clinic until you barked at me for texting you about my concerns because you said it's "charging" you. And the failed replies to my emails to Armani and his clinic and NUMBEROUS voicemails left on their voicemails. Nice try. Avodart does not cause "transplanted hairs" to fall out. And the sheds they cause grow back. It caused me sheds in both my vertex and crown severely by guess what? They grew back. And I was told by YOU (not Armani, I dont even thin he knows) to NOT mention my FIRST hair transplant on the forums. I was supposed to start posting for a few months acting like a regular unbiased poster pushing Armani forward and "praising" his results and then suddenly announce "I have decided to go with Armani"... and then post my results. Dare to deny? Becareful, there is proof. I was SUPPOSED to post in accordance to our agreement and praise the results I had. You notice not a SINGLE one front before shot exists? Why? because you said "peole will be able to tell that you had a hair transplant before". THAT's WHY. If I had not gone in accordance to our agreement Armani would sue me for what, like 1 millions dollars, correct? If I told ANYONE about the agreement, isn't it true he'd sue me for $1 million dollars? Again, in accordance to our agreement, and your emails to me , i HAD to say my results were good. How many times have you emailed me to make certain posts in certain threads? And they never grew!!! And why aren't you disclosing the fact that I since 2009 summer, emailed armani and you complaining? Right after I came into this very site and hairlosstalk forum I complained about my hair transplant and you told me IMMMEDIATELY that Armani wanted to see me, like he was the "Don" or something. Armani was seriously angry as to why i made unhappy comments. I got scared because I didn't knwo he'd figure out who I was under another username (they know me as mj2003 in hairsite) and was afraid of being sued for showing I was unhappy. I came back and announced how happy I was and took back everythign I said. A well known fact? These are strong words. Please provide medical journals and studies to back this profoundly loud statement of yours that you just pulled ut of your hole. And zones 1 and 2 were ALL transplanted hair prior to my second surgery,,,, did they just decide to pack their bags and leave? I started losing my transplanted hair from my first surgery 2 yrs after the first surgery... care to elborate on that? If my transplanted hairs never fell out from surgery 1 then there would have never been a need for surgery #2. What was I supposed to do? Tell everyone I was losing transplanted hairs because of Armani's HT surgery on me so that I can get sued by the millions of dollars?? That was our agreement. basically I was a pawn and slave. but I got tired and sick of being a minion. And I slowly faded back and stopped pushing armani forward because the guilt was eating me alive that I was putting others in the same shoe I was currently suffering. And once I got legal advise that your agreement was outright FRAUD - I came forward. You are correct in 5% may not have been accurate. How about if I say I got 99% yield will that make you happy? Ladies and gentleman, I appologize for making a wrong assumption on the percentage of yield I received in stating it was 5%. When I showed a lawyer the contract I signed with Armani where it states that if I tell anyone about this contract Armani will sue me, or I will be liable to pay $1 million dollars or more, something to that figure. I don't think Armani was aware that that was unethical and outright fraud!!! Sign this agreement and if you tell anyone about it I'll sue you!?!?!?

I can't speak for them, but I've personally ordered from Buy Proscar (Finasteride) 5mg Generic Online Now for the past few yrs with success always, and they're prices are usually the lowest. One time my order got lost in mail and they shipped me another order at no cost. But due to extreme tight custom border control we have here in Canada they no longer ship to Canada. They ship everywhere else.

Provided you are fortunate enough to get a thick looking result, then your results will not look see-through, TEMPORARILY. 1) if your hair transplanted hairs begin to fall out in the latter yrs then it will look see-through, 2) if your native hairs takes its genetic course and begins to fall out then your transplanted hairs will look see-through. I'm an example of both. Once you get a HT be prepared to chase your hairloss with more hair transplants. This is why future "planning" before your first procedure with your surgeon is so darn important. Approach your first hairtransplant as if you were going to cover your entire top with future hair transplants.

Redness is a 50/50 chance. Some say their redness went away some say it hadn't. I referred a relative to Armani (huge mistake damnit) and his redness is still there - going on almost 3 yrs now. However, if you're lucky, your hair may turn out thick and be enough to hide your redness. But you have to wait and see. There's nothing you can do at this point. Even Armani's mickey mouse clinic will tell you to wait at this point. Edit: I just opened one of your pics.... is it me or does anyone notice his donor region taxed?

Kaliber, stick with your current regimen and for the love of God don't stop it unless sides are untolerable. You should start seeing postive results from months 4-6 onwards. Btw, I find it strange you have a near bald spot dead center your vertex. In your hairloss pattern it looks as if you will keep receding from the front towards the back if it were to progress, or thinning from the crown outward and eventually meeting with your front. Eitherway, stick to your regimen. Shedding/hairloss, what's the difference? If you're asking if it's a shed due to your 2 week finasteride and minoxidil treatment then no, I very much doubt you'd experience a shed to that degree that fast.

Ark, you are really too early in the game to be going paranoid over your growth regardless who the surgeon is. You must give it at least 8 months for you to determine which direction you're headed to the least. It's actually going to thin out even more because I doubt you've undergone your expected normal shed yet. But they will grow back - just wait bud. I can only speak for the bumps at this point as I can guarantee you they won't go away. I will post my results in another thread but you cannot base your case on mine or other's, that would be premature.
