  2. Fallenstar the movie, http://www.farjo.net/page.asp?id=267 Mick
  3. Andone, If you plan ahead you could get to Belgium for next to nothing. You could get a cheap flight from Manchester or go by Eurostar and be back in a day. Before you embark on surgery do your homework, it will pay dividends. Mick
  4. Thanks Spex, I forgot to add that Dr Feller would be a top choice for FUE if you go to the States. Mick
  5. Andone, As Bill has said many times along with Pat, you can obtain quality work in Europe and Portugal you need to re-check your figures as the exchange rate has been changing lately and it would prove more expensive to go to the states at this time.We are not an FUE clinic but you do have great options nearby.I have seen work from Dr Feriduni and Dr Devroye and it is as good as any i have seen and i have seen a lot of work first hand from doctor's worldwide. Both of these doctors along with Dr Bisangra offer FUE All of them are top class surgeons , who produce first rate results day in , day out.Send them your pictures, speak to their representitives and go over for the day to meet the doctor's themselves.Ask to meet some patients if possible at the same time and perhaps let the forum know how you get on as i believe you will not be disappointed. Mick
  6. Pat,Bill, This is what separates the men from the boys and makes the site what it is. Keep on pushing those boundaries... Mick
  7. Dewayne, I am really pleased for you that things are really starting to happen.Looking great so far..... Mick
  8. KC, Your faith in choosing Dr Rahal was justified, well done ;things are looking great with even more to come in the coming months. Mick
  9. A recent quote from my young daughter "men have three basic hairstyles-parted, unparted and departed" Thank goodness we have HTN to bring things back in to the fold. One important point though before even considering surgery it is worth speaking to someone who is good with a pair of sciccors as a good cut can in most cases certainly improve the way we look and feel about ourselves. Mick

  11. Billonny, Sorry about that, two of our normal admin team were away but it is no excuse. If for some reason i can't take a call they should have asked for your no.and e mail and i told you i would be back shortly. Balody, as always thanks for the help.i have been working on a table re pricing for the website and it will be added in the coming weeks. Mick
  12. Spot on Spex, Hopefully people will do enough research to be able to see through the gimmicks, false marketing and hype to get to the right answer. Mick
  13. Asterisk, As you know worrying creates stressful situations and it's easy to look too deeply in to the abbys.Everything will work out fine for you, just be patient. Mick
  14. Asterisk, This is a more commonly asked question, the truth is as Bill has said..be patient and everything should just work out fine. Mick
  15. Robby, Growth at this very early stage is really nothing to worry about. At this time we have seen extremes from hair barely breaking skin to others who have a couple of centimetres of growth.Just hang on in there , be patient;even if things are slow for you,it's the norm with most people. It will work out fine in the end Mick
  16. Yourcoach, You have been well and truly Cooleyfied.Well done on a great choice and can't wait to see your progress over the next 12 months. Mick
  17. Djdennis, Things are really start to happen for you, looking great and it's only a few months down the line. Mick
  18. Bill,Pat, Orangehair, Absolutely spot on with this.their length of service, coupled with excellent training and dedication are an integral part of the success of a practice. Mick
  19. Hairprince, I recently had the pleasure of meeting Dr Rahal and was hugely impressed.Your hair is going to look great and you chose wisely. Mick
  20. Thinman, Well done on choosing Dr Parsley, i met him first of all six years ago and he just blew me away with his passion and demeanour.I met him again last week and nothing has changed, he is still as passionate and caring as then.He is this year's ISHRS President and is thoroughly deserving of this award. Re your hair it really is a waiting game,Some see early growth around the three to four month mark but for most it will be several months before those changes really kick in. Mick
  21. Bill, Just an open point, what did you learn in Canada and i dont mean that you now know that Mark Black singer/songwriter has a great talent. You were scribbling away in your notebook at a furious pace in the lectures/talks.Though more to the point is there any chance of Pat making it an annual party? Mick

  23. Pat and Bill, What a party ! You guys just go on and on.Thanks for an absolutely brilliant night, absolute blast for everyone who was lucky enough to attend. Mick
  24. PGP, Thanks, though on my last post" i know he is happy to meet people to share his results.re our surgery timings we start early and finish late and lets face it the prospect of surgery itself, can be quite daunting. We will not be shaving any of the recipient area on the day as his crown is bald;so if on the following morning Spex or anyone else would like to meet , i know he is happy to oblige." I am afraid i am doing a runner for the weekend to take in some of this lovely british seaside weather. You guys in the U.S. dont know how lucky you are Mick
  25. I think it's about time i put this topic to bed, Fallenstar took a long, long time in both deciding if to do a transplant and who to do it with.He made his choice after a lot of research and could of chosen from lots of surgeons who would have given similar results. He is by nature a slightly reserved character and does not hog the limelight but i have noticed on speaking to him a few times during the past year that his demeanour is developing and is noticably more positive. It took a lot for him to initially come on here and he has added regular updates re his development, for which he should be commended. Due to our past run in's with certain parties i can understand any hesitancy he has,i hope that this now is water under the bridge and everyone can put their feelings aside and let the people who look at this site just get on with learning what is out there and how they can be helped.Fallenstar has agreed to show his hair to anyone who would like to see it, though it has to be on his terms re timing etc.I can understand also why he does not want anyone from another clinic to take pictures but i know he is happy to meet people to share his results.re our surgery timings we start early and finish late and lets face it the prospect of surgery itself, can be quite daunting. We will not be shaving any of the recipient area on the day as his crown is bald;so if on the following morning Spex or anyone else would like to meet , i know he is happy to oblige.
