By far and away the best option and the absolute first thing you should do is buzz it all off.

Not only will doing so look more deliberate, tidy & better than your current balding look, it’s always the cheapest, most hassle free & safest option.

💯 And if you have aren't having any sides then keep it going on the fin, though after 18 months you are unlikely to see any more appreciable gains.  Still, that doesn't mean fin isn't helping maintain the quality of your donor region.

I think the multi step approach, not just for higher norwoods, but in general, are just a safer, more efficient strategy.

This.  You'll see higher NW's from Dr. K, some of them with very little to work with, but most will be multiple procedures like myself.  Here's an example of a high NW, repair case of his.

Ok but what is too soon according to your doctor? You had FUT with Konior - what did he advise/instruct you to do?

I frankly forgot.  I've had FUT's with three different docs and I think they all had different time frames.  The common theme was to start back lightly.

  4. In the subject you said HT but in the post you said forehead reduction, which is another surgery.  I assume you mean you got a hair transplant because of the pitting.  This will eventually settle down and hopefully you'll get more growth as your only 7 months post-op.  But it looks as if the graft placement was fairly spread out.

  5. I'm a big proponent of the "strip out first, then FUE" approach, but the challenge is to know when to switch over from strip to FUE.  The more strips you take out the higher the risk of stretching the scar, but perhaps you will obtain more lifetime grafts.  If you've already done two strips, one being a 4k graft megasession, then Dr. Hasson is probably right in telling you that FUE is the way to go now.  Trust your doc!
