I wanted to share a bit my progress and hear further thoughts. I am now 19 days after the 5300 grafts process, feeling well, didn't do anything special. Cause of side effects? I just didn't have the discipline because the fibers always sheltered my real ongoing problem so I just gave my self time offs and never took it VERY seriously (Also doubted the effect on me). Shedding is massive and well noticed, 10's of hairs on hands every shower. So In the last 10 days I could see some movement around the normally thinning areas. Time for a Three month update I don't know if it shows but I already have dramatic change in the front. The sides are looking better day by day and I would definitely say growing started 2-3 weeks ago. In the crown it might not be the case though.
