He wanted to restore the front and the crown. His donor hair looked good. He underwent a combination of FUT and FUE, a total of 3,093 grafts (1 hair graft = 503 grafts, 1 long and 1 short hair graft = 692 grafts, 2 hairs graft = 1,490 grafts, 3 hairs graft = 252 grafts; total number of hairs = 5,087 hairs), were transplanted to the front 2272 grafts and the crown 821 grafts. FUT yielded 1661 grafts and FUE yielded 1432 grafts. Below are his pre op and seven months post op photos. He is very happy with the result.
