Hello.

I have a question about double grafts.

Obviously the donor area has these, so do other parts of the head?

I know they shouldn’t be on the hairline, so if someone has doubles from a bad transplant can singles be implanted in front to hide them? Or would they still be noticeable?

You've got some doubles in there, but they're mostly singles.  Personally I wouldn't even care too much, and leave it as is.

They're so few, that if they really really bothered you, you could theoretically even remove them with laser hair removal (I assume).
