Hi Guys. It's my 20 days post-op today and I just had someone to look at my current hair progress. Upon seeing the current state, it seems like some bald spots show up after losing some of the grafts. I know that I'm already on the shedding phase and things aren't supposed to be taken seriously at this time but please here me out because based on what I'm seeing when I take pictures of my head, it looks like the bald spots doesn't have grafts or pores that will grow hair. Please check on the images on this post to see the comparison of my head couple of days post-op and the current situation.

The first 2 pictures are taken earlier and the rest are just today.

I think that you just shed the implanted hairs, which is exactly what should be happening. Losing a graft can occur in the first few post-op days, if you are not careful and it will be accompanied by bleeding and pain. You will KNOW that something is wrong, beyond any doubt. It's still too early to draw any conclusions. My advice would be to try not take anything too seriously until you hit the 4th-5th month post op at the earliest. Wear a cool beanie and just think of it as a resting field, growing.

Transplants take time, best of luck with growing!
