ArochaAngel4247
This patient came in to see Dr. Arocha, and he was not a good candidate right off the bat for a surgery. So, Dr. Arocha put him on a hair re-growth program and non-surgical regimen consisting of PRP/high-powered laser and SMP for immediate results. With SMP, the results are immediate by decreasing the contrast between the pale complexion and the darker hair color, and you can see the appearance of density in the after photos. He has had two SMP sessions and one PRP session. Senior Member HappyMan2021 Posted December 22, 2021 Senior Member Share Posted December 22, 2021 I'm curious why SMP wasn't done on the crown?

I’m guessing because he’s completely bald there. SMP for density requires enough hair to thinly cover the area.
Senior Member SLA Posted December 23, 2021 Senior Member Share Posted December 23, 2021 The results are outstanding! Amazing how the SMP really reduced the contract significantly allowing for much more 'density'!
ArochaAngel4247
Thanks, everyone. I hope you all had a wonderful holiday. Thanks for the thoughtful question. We focused on the front area of the scalp because that tends to be the area of focus when you are speaking to people. That's not to say that we won't do some crown work moving forward! ArochaAngel4247
Hello All, I want to point out that this is about one month after the pro. The improvement that we are seeing is from the SMP. Excited to see him for follow up in a few months to see what prp will deliver! Dr Arocha Representative and Patient Educator for: Dr. Bernardino A.
