Hello everyone !

We find the following results as proof it is possible to achieve a big change without excessive use of donor while creating the right illusion of density.

This patient from NYC was 35 at the time of surgery and did not use any preventative meds like finasteride and minoxidil due to other medical reasons. Dr Camacho suggested a long term responsible approach and leave as much as donor hair possible for potential future hair loss while allowing an evident change. Respecting the curly  nature of the patient's hair was great factor that allowed Dr Camacho to deliver such results with wise graft placement.

After month 8  the patient reported to start finasteride 1mg every other day

The  12 months photos are patient submitted. 

The surgery was led by Dr Sergio Camacho with The assistance  of Dr Paola Pareja 
Total number of FU : 2118 with the breakdown of  1 hair - 668 2 hair 900 3 hair 550

Method : FUE

Extraction: Mamba Trivellini Motorized device  0.9mm Edge out Performed by Dr Sergio Camacho and Dr paola Pareja
Pre made incisions:  Performed by Dr Sergio Camacho, size range 0.8mm for thick 1 hair grafts and 0.9mm 20G for the multiples.
Implantation: Performed both by Dr Camacho and Dr Pareja using Lion Implanter pen size range 0.64mm to 0.9mm

We attached comparison photos as well as photos showing the progress throughout the year.
