This is A great example of a case where it is advised to take the conservative approach with hairline design where the area to cover is fairly large. We limit surgery to around 3000 grafts per session so the idea was to distribute the grafts in A way that density won't be sacrificed. We aim to provide patients with optimal results, and the patient's goals and objectives may require more grafts. Money has nothing to do with this.There were comments about placing grafts in areas with full density.
