After 4 years of using finasteride and minoxidil!! is it time for HT?

Hi everyone..

I am 29 years old and am losing my hair since I was 22, I started to use medicins finasteride and minoxidil for almost 4 years or more. but I don't see any growth but it stopped the hair loss, now I don't know what to do should I get a hair transplant, the problem I have thin hair in the crown and sides and I have heard that I cant get good results while I have thin hair, and another thing the hair in the top of my head looks like different from both sides and the hair in the top not getting taller... so what i should do i need your opinion pls

You’re definitely not too young for a hair transplant. Have you noticed any additional hair loss?

I think you can have HT over your crown, donor looks healthy on the photo.
