What is the secret, Dr. Pittella?- How did you make someone with close to NW6 hair loss with fine hair and not great donor look so full?

I would say: 

1. The yield must be very high.

2. The graft placement must be done intelligently so that the hair can layer properly when grown out.

3. Also, the extraction must be done very carefully and gently so to preserve as much donor as possible.

Hi Dr. Pittella- Once again, great result!

I think in all the Rx section for all of your patients (I could be wrong) that none are taking finasteride or any other 5AR inhibitors. I do see they are taking both oral and topical minoxidil and Keto shampoo.

What is your view on Finasteride and 5AR inhibitors? Do you feel patients can achieve hair loss stabilization without the 5ARs inhibitors and through minox (oral & topical) and keto shampoo alone?
