I can see the issues you have with the density and it can definitely be refined a bit. Where do you live? Have you consulted with any of our recommended surgeons?

Some names to consider, Dr Bisanga, Dr Feriduni, Dr Freitas, Dr Ferreira and Dr Pinto and Dr Villa..  of course the forum own recommended list too (some of the names are recommended here)

Unlike your first procedure I think you will choose a decent clinic next. Research as much as possible. We can make suggestions, but you need to check out their results and get some consultations done.

they advised me by turkey and by doctor resul yaman, what do you think of this doctor?

I think you should consider the above names I mentioned. If your looking at Turkey i consider the best options to be Dr Bicer, Dr Pekiner and HLC.

Who was the clinic you went to for your first ht ? You did have some growth, just a lack of density. Maybe they didn’t implant the 2600 grafts. Have you got a pic of your donor area post op ? Just curious 🤨

Don’t stress out. This can be fixed but you need to go to a top doctor who is experienced with repairs.@JohnAC71gave you a great list of doctors to consult with. I would really recommend Dr. Bisanga and Dr. Feriduni due to their experience with repairs. They may want to punch out some of those thick grafts in the front of your hairline before rebuilding it with finer hairs from your donor. Your donor area looks great in those pictures but it’s hard to judge if it’s damaged or not because the hair is long.

Unfortunately you are far from alone in your situation. Every week on an average someone posts here or on another forum for help after an unethical surgeon has done what they have done. The good news is that your situation can be corrected. If you are in the EU then you have a good range of surgeons in Belgium who can help repair your hairline. Look at the list here provided by Melvin and John. Of the top hair transplant surgeons in the world some of them are doing as much as 30% of their work on repair cases alone. You will get past this. Keep asking a million questions and all the best.

I would contact Dr Maras and HDC since they specialise In repair cases and deal with a lot of failed transplants from other doctors.

I would consult with more than one doctor. Eugenix, HDC, Bisanga, Feriduni are all excellent names.
