Female hair restoration- Dr. Taleb Barghouthi- Vertex Hair Clinic (1675 FUE grafts)

Dear community,

This is a 43 year old Lady who was complaining of a prominent and enlarged forehead since birth. She had a total of 1675 FUE grafts in early October 2020. Her initial glabella to hairline distance was around 9 cm and this was lowered to 6.8 cm.  We needed a decent number but her density per cm2 was average of around 70 follicles/ cm2. FUT was advised but she insisted on having an FUE with a bigger than average shave of the donor as she had long hair to cover. 

 

Surgical details:

FUE 0.9 mm motorized hybrid punch

Hairline 350 refined single hairs

2's: 820

3's: 402

4's: 103

Average hairs/graft: 2.15

Sites made using 0.8 mm and 1.3 mm Sapphire blades.
