Senior Member L0ke Posted April 20, 2021 Senior Member Share Posted April 20, 2021 After 2 FUE’s ex domo with 3205 FU:3 FUE’s performed on a 40-year old Caucasian male with • NW II-III • Donor density of 84 FU/cmÇ occipital, 80 FU/cmÇ parietal, 76 FU/cmÇ temporal • Hair diameter of ~ 44-54 microns Treatment plan 1. FUE to attain an aesthetic reconstruction of the frontal hairline. 2. FUE to attain an aesthetic reconstruction of the midhead and crown area. 3. FUE to optimize the density of the midhead and crown area. Performed procedures 1. FUE (September 16, 2019) Follicular Unit Extraction with 2810 FU 2. FUE (July 9, 2020) Follicular Unit Extraction with 1811 FU 3. FUE (March 22, 2021) Follicular Unit Extraction with 2804 FU Parallel incisions in custom-sized blades technique (Cutting Edge blades of 0,85-0,95 mm). Extraction performed by WAW-system with a 0.90 mm serrated trumpet punch. No microscopic preparation of the follicular unit grafts.
