He understood that his juvenile hairline would not be natural for the long term so an adult hairline with proper temple recession was constructed. Dr. Hasson also reconstructed the natural whorl pattern of his crown for the result you see below. This was accomplished with 3113 grafts in one session. Do you know if his hair is naturally curly or did he get a perm / wave to add to his density? Either way - great outcome. When they dye and highlight it blond on the after pics, it's difficult to judge the actual improvement. I have a similar hairloss and wavy hair. Future_HT_Doc, you've written that his hair is of thick calibre, this is not so obvious to me from the photos. To me it looks to be wavy, but not so thick. Sorry. M&M, His hair is naturally curly/wavy as you see in the photos. Nothing was done to his hair by him or by us. Tundra, I think his hair has a bit more bulk to it than average so not only is it naturally wavy it is a bit more coarse than average but not to the point of being "mutant" coarse.
