24M

That's a very good regimen there. I've seen amazing results from the dermarolling minoxidil users and you're addressing the androgen problem too.

You're a diffuse thinner. I can see a lot of vellus hair that could be permanently shocked out if you undergo surgery. However if you stick to this preventive protocol you could revive a lot of your hair. Even some of the lost ones.

You're only 24 and your donor does not appear to be particularly strong.

Please don't take this the wrong way, but I wouldn't consider surgery if I were you.. At least give it a few more years to evaluate things first..

Do you have any other pics with longer hair, both recipient and donor? Might tell a different story.

Do you have any chest/beard hair? Those would be helpful to consider in long-term planning for your case.

In any case, I would recommend consulting with the reputable HT clinics in the UK, to get a proper microscopic assessment of your recipient/donor areas.

Stick to your regimen but be weary of any doc willing to perform surgery on you right now.  Give it two years before even considering surgery.  Your donor looks quite spotty, so tread carefully.

Thank you. The consensus between forums is that I should give medical treatment more time

Continue with your current treatments regularly. I think you need to give things more time. Best of luck .
