Wow, that's a great head of hair you've got now! 😮 I'm seeing some minor density issues in the midscalp, but that might thicken with treatment, 10% minox with fin is sure a good regimen!

Don't see why/where you'd need a 2nd HT just now, frankly..

No mate, looks good, you’re young. Do not waste too many grafts trying to front load.

Stick to current regime then would you say? Getting my finasteride off a site called chemist click, hope that's legit, they're a registered pharmacy so I think it is

I once ditched fin for dutasteride and 200 mg spironolactone, took both for about 8-9 months I believe. It did wonders for my hair, first time I experienced any quantifiable regrowth.

Sadly, I have no way of knowing whether it was dut or both acting together. But from what I've seen anecdotally throughout the years on a treatment based forum is that dut works a lot better, for obvious reasons.

If I tried duatasteride would it not be advised to come straight off finasteride? Is microneedle any good do you know?

Frankly, you've got a lot of options treatment wise because you're young and your hair loss is fairly recent (I mean I'm assuming it must be). Usually follicles are still alive for 5-6 years after not producing any - or just vellus - hair.

PRP works but sadly the gains are not permanent, you'd have to repeat the treatment sessions every year or so.

Yes, 10% minoxidil with microneedling is a brilliant idea, in fact, some of the best results I've seen recently were coming from the minoxmaxer dudes. Could very well increase your overall hair density!

Also, would you consider topical dutasteride? Imo it's better than any other topical antiandrogen out there.

As for growth stimulants, alfatradiol is worth a shot, works for some people. Also, keto shampoo is a must, part of the "big 3". Oh, and bimatoprost, there were some studies back in the days it actually works better than minox, however it was super expensive when it first came out and tried it (I think something like $600 for a month's supply?) so eventually I stopped using it but I remember it turned a lot of my vellus hair to terminal. I've seen much cheaper generic versions since.

These are the ones that come to my mind, I think your goal right now is to increase density and preserve your native hair (you're taking fin, so let's hope you've got this last one covered).

Looks good to me. I wouldn’t get another ht yet. I agree with @UnbaldEagle there is some density issues mid scalp, but I wouldn’t be in a rush.
Where did you get your transplant done?

Rotalife in Istanbul. Just trying to keep what I have now and maybe increase density. But if it stays like this I'm happy

That’s just it, if you can retain what you have then all good. I think you had a good result for 2500 grafts. Should leave plenty in reserve in the future should you ever need it.

I agree, it's a very good result for 2500 grafts, I can't see the full extent of your pre-transplant baldness, but looks like your temples were gone with the bridge being very weak too.

Just ordered a microneedling roller. So I'll use that with 10% minoxidil with acelaic acid. 1mg finasteride.

Where could I get topical duatasteride?

You could compound it yourself (either professionally with propylene glycol) or just pouring the contents of say 20-30 caps of dut into minoxidil, they are soft gels so should dissolve better than crushing fin tablets.

Or from a renowned surgeon who makes it himself:

Are you happy with your hairline? Couldn't really tell from the pics as they are a bit blurry.

Happy with the hairline. Would the capsule powder of duatasteride dissolve in the cream version of minoxidil though? Also I heard some people take 1mg fin daily and then one day a week top up with 1 tablet of duatasteride??

Capsule powder of dut and cream version of minoxidil? Wow, I've never heard of these variations yet. 😁 Or by cream minox do you mean foam? That wouldn't be good, needs to be dissolved in alcohol, powder dutasteride in liquid minox should do the trick.

Actually, that's how I take it. :)  Fin ED, dut every week or so, usually when I remember. :D Doesn't really matter, has such a long half-life.

Definitely don’t do another HT just yet, the difference looks night and day. Could you use more density sure but save your grafts for the future if needed. You can also add microneedling with a derma roller or derma pen to help with density, Microneedling in conjunction with Minox can produce up to 4x more hair than just minox alone.
