DrTBarghouthi
I just wanted to add some combed back photos. Ofcourse there will be more growth and definition of the hairline with time. Senior Member deitel130 Posted December 6, 2020 Senior Member Share Posted December 6, 2020 Excellent result. How many grafts were used in the frontal third? Seems the Finasteride may have served him well from shock loss to existing hair in the recipient since you had to transplant around those.
DrTBarghouthi
Yes indeed. That may have helped with shock loss. We used around 1400-1500 in the frontal zones. The remaining were uses for added density in the midscalp and crown. Dr. Taleb Barghouthi approved and recommended on the Hair Transplant Network.
