Dr. Pathomvanich - 48 years old man after one session, 2,995 FUGs or 5,436 hairs

[Dr. Damkerng Pathomvanich]

The 48 year old man had one session of 2,995 FUGs or 5,436 hairs transplantation on his front and crown area. The hair is medium size, salt & pepper color and straight.

1-hair unit=654 FUGs

2-hair unit=2,241 FUGs

3-hair unit=100 FUGs

The donor area was closed with trichophytic closure and retention sutures were applied. The pictures show his result after 10 months follow up. The scar was minimal.

I must emphasize that I dont believe that there is any trickery here, however in the after pics it does appear that the patient is wearing concealer. It does look good and maybe its just the pictures but it does appear that a concealer was used.

There is no trick.He did not wear any concealer.

I 100% without a doubt believe there is no trickery here. Im just saying that it looks like concealer. Ive also said this numerous other times with alot of top down pics. For some reason "and maybe it's do to the illusion factor" alot of cameras can make hair look wierd in top down pics. I do appologize if I've offended you. I believe you to be a great surgeon and 100% trust worthy.

I think what you're seeing is the way the software compresses the photo. Be sure when you click on the image to click "detach image" for a larger photo. For example, the below top/down photo when enlarged loses the pixelation affect that appears like concealer.
