Am i right to request a refund?

Yes, but it also depends on the fine print in the waiver you signed before the surgery.

 

If there was gross negligence you could still be able to pursue one. Or literally even sue for one in some cases.

Who was the surgeon and what is the damage? Poor results? Butchered donor area etc?

In extreme circumstances perhaps, if you can prove negligence or a poor result that isn't on the part of not following post-op instructions or because of an uncooperative physiology.

 

There are no guarantees in medicine, you always assume some risk when choosing to undergo an elective cosmetic procedure, and it's why you must do your homework before committing to a surgeon.

I think we really need to hear more about your experience and see your photos. In most cases, physicians provide free touch ups to replace the grafts that did not grow. In most cases, that's fair. However, there have been times when a refund may be in order.

 

Before getting deeply involved with asking our opinion, have you talked to your physician? When did you have your procedure?
