Senior Member TrixGlendevon Posted January 9, 2018 Senior Member Posted January 9, 2018 Hi! Post-transplant, after a few months when it looks bad, why don't people just shave it down to the lowest number they can get away with without showing the scar (in the case of FUT)? That would be a number 3 or 4 I imagine. Surely this would help hide the crappy looking weak hairs growing through at the front. Thanks
Senior Member jjsrader Posted January 9, 2018 Senior Member Posted January 9, 2018 Everybody's different but yes, I agree.
Regular Member hitherehair Posted January 9, 2018 Regular Member Posted January 9, 2018 Let's use someone who had fut as an example. If you were to shave it down to match the transplants the scar would be visible, obviously. So that would mean your donor area would have to be a 2 and your recipient area would be a 1. This would leave that horseshoe bald look.
