I would like to go for FUT procedure and also want to maintain my existing hair. I am using minoxidil 5% for the past 3 years. Could you please see my pictures and tell how many grafts will be required for my hair transplant. Is it possible to get full coverage ? Thanks!!! Any reason you're not on finasteride? Wouldn't be a bad idea to start. I've used 0.25mg of fin for 6 months no issues. 3600 should give good coverage across all areas, especially if you add fin to help the crown out a bit more. Your individual hairs look quite thick too. Will minoxidil help to regrow the hair back in the crown or can I use hair fibers like ( Toppik ) at the crown. Does finasteride cause sexual side effects? Sorry to ask the same question again.
