I wish more people would proudly show themselves and have trust in the fact that hair transplant surgery is nothing to be ashamed of. Each of my friends and family members know i had a surgery and i am quite open to tell them about it. That's not a shame at all. Actually i don't see the imbarassing part of hiding it.
