Regular Member justgotfue Posted June 20, 2016 Regular Member Share Posted June 20, 2016 Hey guys, Serious question, how long after a HT can someone have sex? My clinic did say something to me but I can't for life of me remember what they said. It's not detailed in their post-op notes, I'm guessing they just said 'no sex the night of the op'. Any info people could give would be appreciated. Thanks guys.
Senior Member E39 Posted June 20, 2016 Senior Member Share Posted June 20, 2016 Yes. Not on night of op. After that, you should be fine. Just don't let her touch your head lol
Regular Member justgotfue Posted June 20, 2016 Author Regular Member Share Posted June 20, 2016 Thanks. Before I posted, I did search and read all sorts of stuff about damage during the first 10 days due to blood rushes and stuff. Is it ok to disregard that? Senior Member California Posted June 20, 2016 Senior Member Share Posted June 20, 2016 Hi justgotfue, Each HT Clinic will have their own pre-op and post-op regimen. At Darling Buds India/Dr. Bhatti's Clinic, our post-op instructions state that the Patient can resume his/her normal sex life 3 nights after the procedure is done. Regular Member Qneedhair Posted July 4, 2016 Regular Member Share Posted July 4, 2016 I think your partner would understand if there was some "down time" after surgery. After all, you have just spent a few thousand dollars on a procedure and there could be a small possibility of damage or maybe nothing could happen. But why risk it? IMHO as soon as the scabs fall off and the hairs have taken root would be my recommendation. I think your sex life would suffer more if some of your implants got damaged leaving you with patchy growth. But if you decide to do the deed, tell your partner no hair pulling ok?
