The laster treatment was interesting as had not seen that at other clinics related to HT surgery. Two quick questions, (1) if your final graft count is lower than the initial graft estimate they send you, do you pay the lower price? (paying only for actual grafts received ?) (2) Do you know any former ASMED patients who had partial shaving? Yes you pay for the final graft count, as it is never exact when you are given an online consultation. I have only seen the partial shaving once and it was because it was a very small surgery. I'm sure for surgeries in which they are taking thousands of grafts it would be a lot easier for them and a lot more aesthetically pleasing for you to shave your head! Looking for a small procedure but not sure how receptive and flexible ASMED is for "partial shaving," all I know is it really helps to reduce downtime when you don't have to shave your entire head.
