Has anyone ever been able to use SMP to disguise a HT scar even at 0 guard shave?

Just wondering if anyone has even been able to fully conceal a HT scar so that it was undetectable at a 0 grade buzz.

I have heard mixed things, some people say with FUE into the scar it is possible, but I'm not sure.

Or maybe fraxel laser and then FUE+SMP into the scar?

Is it even a possibility to fully camouflage a HT scar?

SMP into a strip scar actually looks best when it's shaved all the way down, IMO. I'll post some examples of my strip scar work in a new thread soon. I have a bunch of new examples. In fact, just today I worked on a client who had 7 strip scars stacked.

I agree with hairthere - smp in a strip scar looks best at a 0 guard. But, fraxel and FUE are also huge helps! They won't hurt that's fore sure!

You caneed camouflage it with all the things mentioned, however the answer to your question is no. If you have a fut scar, nothing will make it undetectable. The best you can look for is that these things will cause the scar to not draw the eye.

I agree with Spanker. Coming from a tattoo background we often get the same questions. People want to cover up scars that have a completely different texture than the surrounding skin. To conceal it completely is often impossible. But it is possible to fool the eye and at least draw less attention to the scar.

I have a strip scar & have used a combination of FUE (beard) into the scar & recently SMP. I sometimes shave down to a number 1 clipper & now completely content with the appearance of my strip scar. My friends & family that know it is there tell me it is virtually undetectable.

I agree with Mickey. If you want the BEST concealment a combination of FUE and SMP is the best route to go.
