2245 Grafts By Dr.Scott Alexander in Phoenix, Arizona

This patient had loss in the frontal/ temporal areas and we transplanted 2245 grafts into these regions while using Acell. This patient is 6 months out form surgery and is extremely happy. We will keep you updated with further photos when he returns to our clinic for his 1 year post operative visit.

Seems odd to me that your patient is already extremely happy considering he has a ways to go before the final result and, to be honest, it doesn't looke like 2245 grafts is enough for the surface area here. I think best case scenario with perfect yield it will still look quite thin. I'd be curious what the rationale was for using this number of grafts.

Looks a decent improvement. However the density is too thin at the right side (mainly in pic 6). Can kind of tell he's had surgery.
