FUE performed by Dr. Feriduni – 3319 FU in a 2 consecutive days session

Follicular Unit Extraction performed on a 27 year old Caucasian male with:

 

- NW III Class R

- Donor density of ~96 FU/cm2 in the occipital donor region and ~84 FU/cm2 in the temporal donor regions

- Hair diameter of ~72-78 microns

 

Treatment plan:

 

FUE procedure with 3000-3400 FU to reconstruct the hairline, temporal peaks and add density to the central core

 

Performed procedure (February, 5th & 6th 2013):

 

A Follicular Unit Extraction with 3319 FU in a two consecutive days session:

 

* 671 single hair FU

* 2101 double hair FU

* 547 triple hair FU

 

Extraction performed with a 0.85mm – 0.9mm FUE punch with CIT Manual Punch Handle. No microscopic preparation of the follicular unit grafts;

Parallel incisions (single, double and triple units) were made in custom-sized blades technique (~Cutting Edge blades of 0.75mm – 0.9mm).

Feriduni usually has shots with the hair pulled up, this is a bit uncharacteristic of him. In the post op shots the hair is styled. Looks pretty good in general but hard to comment more specifically.
