No meds for me, I know I obviously went ahead with cosmetic surgery but as a rule I'm quite holistic and try to look after myself as much as I can (not the typical builder!)...so I don't like taking meds if I don't have to, even paracetamol! I was worried that I wouldn't get as good a result as some of the guys I have seen on here who have med routines, but I took lots of advice from the clinic I used who were great in giving me lots of detailed info re plus and negatives of taking meds and I think I made the right decision for me.
