He had quit the medications, but started again (finas) 7 month before the procedure. His objective was the crown, reason why we carried out a 2501 graft procedure (6467 hairs, 2.58 hair per graft, 0.8 mm punch, 56 to 60 microns of hair; 108FU1/ 854FU2/ 1505 FU3/ 34 FU4). The great hair per graft average give us the opportunity of a better coverage of the area, that’s help also to cover the frontal area (a second procedure was planned but the patient decided to pospone/not rush after seeing the outcome).
