Senior Member densedream Posted May 9, 2014 Senior Member Share Posted May 9, 2014 Hi everyone! Thank you for this wonderful site and the abundance of information and knowledge, it's indispensable. I am considering a FUE with the two doctor aforementioned because of their quality work to price ratio. I have attached pictures and would like your input on how to move forward and what you think of my current situation. I've been on Propeica and Nizoral for 5 years and I'm 32 years old. My problem is that I have diffused thinning and I'm worried about transplanting between hairs and the shock loss that can occur. My hair is soak and wet and was just conditioned in some of the pictures to accentuate the loss Should I go forward with a procedure or hold out for future medical advances. Senior Member win200 Posted May 9, 2014 Senior Member Share Posted May 9, 2014 The problem is that your pictures are really terrible. They're fuzzy and upside down. If you want the advice, try again and post some pictures that are actually helpful.

Senior Member Jotronic Posted May 10, 2014 Senior Member Share Posted May 10, 2014 What did both doctors tell you? The Truth is in The Results Dr. Victor Hasson and Dr. Jerry Wong are members of the Coalition of Independent Hair Restoration Physicians
Senior Member densedream Posted May 12, 2014 Author Senior Member Share Posted May 12, 2014 I haven't heard back from Dr. Demisroy. Dr. Bhatti, who responded within the hour of my initial email, said I'm looking at about 2100 to 2400 grafts. Sorry my photos are not professional and up to win200's satisfaction. I took the photos by myself with an outdated iphone 4 so it's the best I can do. I think the photos are not as bad as you say and I've seen worse photos that get more replies. I even conditioned and took photos with wet hair to help show my situation. Thanks dingdong, your results look pretty good from what I can see and I'm glad that you are happy and satisfied with the outcome. Jotronic, you have more experience and expertise than the majority, is there any advice you can share with me about my current situation. I would consider a FUT with Dr. Hasson in a heartbeat if I could afford it. How many grafts would Dr. Hasson require for my amount of loss? I checked out your hair loss history and WOW!!! You have accomplished an ultimate turn around and must be very grateful for your new life with great hair, what a difference it made. Looks awesome! Senior Member hsrp10 Posted May 12, 2014 Senior Member Share Posted May 12, 2014 I think you need to post or send pics of your hairline exposed to get an accurate graft quote btw. For surgery into existing hair, I would not go with any surgeon on a budget! You should only go with the very top (konior, hasson, bisanga, lorenzo come to mine). And for best results you may have to shave to let the doc see exactly where he's transplanting into go dense or go home Unbiased advice and opinions based on 25 plus years of researching and actual experience with hair loss, hair restoration via both FUT & FUE, SMP, scalp issues including scalp eczema & seborrheic dermatitis and many others HSRP10's favorite FUT surgeons: *Dr. Konior, *Dr Hasson, Dr. Rahal HSRP10's favorite FUE surgeons: *Dr. Konior, *Dr. Bisanga, Dr. Erdogan, Dr. Couto (*indicates actual experience with doctor)
Senior Member HARIRI Posted May 12, 2014 Senior Member Share Posted May 12, 2014 I know that Turkey looks attractive and safer however when it comes to surgeon's work I will lean towards Dr. Bhatti from India. In Turkey I would only trust Dr. Hakan and Erdogan so far! Senior Member densedream Posted May 12, 2014 Author Senior Member Share Posted May 12, 2014 Thanks for taking the time to respond guys. The last picture was a foryourtime.jpg lol After looking at 8 hair pictures it's the least I could do. I hope it didn't spike your DHT levels. I do like Dr. Bhatti's work and he responds in lightning fast time to any emails. I haven't heard back from Dr. Demisroy but it's only been 4 days. I will also consider saving up more money for Dr. Ergodan since he is recommended here and still much cheaper than most other options.
Senior Member densedream Posted May 14, 2014 Author Senior Member Share Posted May 14, 2014 can anyone else comment on my situation. Almost 300 views but only a few replies.. Do most people usually just lurk here with offering helpful advice or opinions... Disappointing Also I have not heard back from Dr. Demisroy. Does anyone know a better way to contact them. I used the website and sent pics that was dedicated to him but I have not heard back.

Senior Member densedream Posted May 19, 2014 Author Senior Member Share Posted May 19, 2014 Any more reply on my situation. I didn't get barely any feedback. I am mostly concerned, after a lot of reading here, with shock loss because of the implantation between existing hairs. I would hate to end up in a worse off situation than I start with. Do you think there is a strong probability that I will experience shock loss. I've been quoted roughly 2000-2200 FUE grafts by both doctors from these pictures.
