forex70
Dear Forum Members, I had an appointment with Dr, Bhatti and another doctor later in Delhi. I requested both to draw hairlines (please see pics); I had a long discussion with both. I came out with a feeling that the appointment with Dr. Bhatti was a bit rushed and less explanation on things. Dr. Bhatti drew hairline multiple times but high temples and curve around them were a bit of a concern. Now I would greatly appreciate if folks could provide your feedback on both, I am attaching 3 pics each with hairline drawn. First 3 pics are from Dr. Bhatti's appt, and next 3 from another docs appt. Please don't hold back to be polite instead give your candid opinions and feedback as to how these could be improved as I need to finalize soon. Senior Member Britanium Posted February 17, 2014 Senior Member Share Posted February 17, 2014 The 2nd dr has drawn a more conservative hairline which would most likely give you better coverage with whatever grafts you have to be used.
Senior Member Britanium Posted February 17, 2014 Senior Member Share Posted February 17, 2014 theres nothing wrong with Bhattis hairline either - its just that bit more aggressive !
Senior Member 1978matt Posted February 17, 2014 Senior Member Share Posted February 17, 2014 I don't like either of them but they both have positives and negatives. A lot is going to depend on how much donor supply you have and whether a bald crown is going to bother you. I prefer the shape of Bhatti's hairline but it needs to be abit more conservative like the other one. 4,312 FUT grafts (7,676 hairs) with Ray Konior, MD - August 2013 1,145 FUE grafts (3,152 hairs) with Ray Konior, MD - August 2018 763 FUE grafts (2,094 hairs) with Ray Konior, MD - January 2020 Proscar 1.25mg every 3rd day
Senior Member Traction Posted February 17, 2014 Senior Member Share Posted February 17, 2014 I had my surgery done with Dr Bhatti last month. He is open to discussion on the hairline, we tried a few. I liked the way he split the face into thirds and put dots on my forehead to calculate the shape. 4066 FUE Grafts with Dr Bhatti, India 9&10 Jan 2014 For my pics and thread click the link:http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/173658-4066-fue-grafts-dr-bhatti-india-restoring-more-than-just-hair.html

Thanks for your feedback, I was just a little concerned how the temples look a little unnatural, any particular comments on how they could be improved? Senior Member Raj Jayukdht Posted February 18, 2014 Senior Member Share Posted February 18, 2014 I feel that dr bhatti hairline is abit low but it all depends on your future plans, have you got enough donor, would you do BHT in the future?? As Traction mentioned, did dr bhatti split your face in thirds to get your hairline? how did the other dr get y our hairline?? Im not sure about your temple points on both drs?...dr bhatti temple line is going inwards and than out and other dr's temple line going outwards and back in............Maybe Traction can help you out here!!!! formerly know as Jayukdht http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/177363-hair-transplant-dr-bhatti-oct-14-part-2-procedure.html

See what you think of the attached. I've tried to get it more rounded with the temple recessions a bit higher. 4,312 FUT grafts (7,676 hairs) with Ray Konior, MD - August 2013 1,145 FUE grafts (3,152 hairs) with Ray Konior, MD - August 2018 763 FUE grafts (2,094 hairs) with Ray Konior, MD - January 2020 Proscar 1.25mg every 3rd day
Senior Member JimmyNeutron Posted February 19, 2014 Senior Member Share Posted February 19, 2014 Dr Bhatti's hairline design looks better to me. The second set of pics is a bit too high for my liking, but that's just me. For me, a no brainer would be Dr Bhatti's design.
Senior Member Stuart01 Posted February 19, 2014 Senior Member Share Posted February 19, 2014 One important factor to keep in mind is that once the hair grows out the hairline is always going to look lower than the line drawn for the hairline because of the angle that the hair exits the scalp. It is better to be slightly more conservative for that reason, plus your hairline has to look good for you today, but also has to look good as you continue to age.
