Diffuse alopecia, we carried out our first procedure to increase the density of the recipient area: 3201 FU's (7193 hairs; 2.24 hair per graft; 44 to 46 microns of thickness; 0.75-0.8 mm punch, 471 FU's1; 1633 FU's2; 1135 FU's3; 59 FU's4; 3 FU's5). The second procedure try to reduce the face frame lowering the hairline, restoring the temporary points and increasing the density in certain areas of the middle scalp: 2651 FU's (5488 hairs; 2.07 hpg; 0.8 mm punch; 411 (1) 1493 (2) 658 (3) 28 (4) 1 (5)).
