This gentleman in his mid-40's started thinning in his late-20's. He was an AGA NW 5/6 when he came to see Dr. Arocha. He underwent a 4010 FUT procedure to restore his hairline, frontal and mid-scalp regions. No work was done in the crown. The patient is currently on a medical regimen consisting of Propecia. The after photos were taken 8 months post-procedure.

Thanks for posting--a significant change.

However, and consistent with the preferences on photos of this site and other members on this site Kira, it would be great ifyou could include some top down angles and show the crown. Let's not just show the best and most selective bits--this is an educational board.

Thanks Slickers and Davis91 for taking the time to look and post. We appreciate the kind comments, the patient is happy but also noteworthy was the wife commenting that this was a gift for her also. What a nice and supportive spouse!

Hi Cart2,

It is possible that the patient dyes his hair. Another possibility is that because the donor is the last to go grey- if it was darker when we transplanted the grafts, it will be the last to go grey in the front. Thus- his rejuvenated appearance.
