I do not like the idea of having to spend so much time with it (I have a very rush rush morning). Ideally, I wouldn't mind using it only at night but I was wondering if once a day instead of the recommended twice daily could make it work? Thanks! Topical Minoxidil has a half life of about 22 hours, so applying a thorough dose at night should give you some benefit. Finasteride 1.25 mg. daily Avodart 0.5 mg. daily Spironolactone 50 mg twice daily 5 mg. oral Minoxidil twice daily Biotin 1000 mcg daily Multi Vitamin daily Damn, with all the stuff you put in your hair are you like a negative NW1?
