Senior Member RCWest Posted May 21, 2012 Senior Member Posted May 21, 2012 Is he on stabilizing meds? This looks really really great! Did he have the crown done or just the front half? The surgery is so clean and his scalp didn't get red and it is hard to see how far back the grafts are. Finasteride 1.25 mg. daily Avodart 0.5 mg. daily Spironolactone 50 mg twice daily 5 mg. oral Minoxidil twice daily Biotin 1000 mcg daily Multi Vitamin daily Damn, with all the stuff you put in your hair are you like a negative NW1?
Bill - Seemiller Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 Dr. Bernstein, It looks like another homerun as usual. Thanks for all the great work you do in helping hair loss suffering men and women restore their hair and their lost confidence. Best wishes, Bill
Senior Member bonkerstonker Posted May 21, 2012 Senior Member Posted May 21, 2012 First inch looks great i highly doubt scalp behind front will look as good considering there's no photos of above or any angle where you can see further back. Bonkerstonker! http://www.hairtransplantnetwork.com/blog/home-page.asp?WebID=1977 Update I'm now on 12200 Grafts, hair loss has been a thing of my past for years. Senior Member chrisdav Posted May 21, 2012 Senior Member Posted May 21, 2012 Good result but I think the pictures need to be better quality. 2 poor unsatisfactory hair transplants performed in the UK. Based on vast research and meeting patients, I travelled to see Dr Feller in New York to get repaired.
Senior Member Davis91 Posted May 21, 2012 Senior Member Posted May 21, 2012 With deep respect, "looks like another homerun?" That would imply this is a NEW case. As stated, this is one of the oldest published cases out there--indeed the first FUT published! I remember this guy's picture from ages ago. What would have been much more helpful would be to find this guy and take some modern day pictures to see how it has held up. Moreover, Bonker is on the money--I am willing to bet this fellow did not have much of the scalp touched. Indeed, the styling points towards a combover effect in the back. I am unlcear of the intent of posting such an old case.
Senior Member bonkerstonker Posted May 21, 2012 Senior Member Posted May 21, 2012 Gives off bad vibes to me when camera angles are like this, also I didn't know this was a old case but now I do it's even worse vibes that there is nothing new that the surgeon is proud of.
