Recommended Posts

This patient came to Dr Rahal to have his hairline restored. He wished to conserve his donor supply so it was decided to keep the density to a medium level. His hair is on the finer side.

2734 Grafts via strip method.

Graft breakdown:

373 singles

1547 doubles

735 triples

79 quads

Another crazy good result even with a lower density as requested by the patient. He must be pretty happy! How many months is this post HT?

To answer the questions: the patient is photographed at 11 months after surgery. The area covered was 51cm/2, which gives an average density of 53.6 grafts per cm/2.

"so it was decided to keep the density to a medium level."

If that's medium density, then this guy has it made. Beautiful work as always.

Finasteride 1.25 mg. daily

Avodart 0.5 mg. daily

Spironolactone 50 mg twice daily

5 mg. oral Minoxidil twice daily

Biotin 1000 mcg daily

Multi Vitamin daily

Damn, with all the stuff you put in your hair are you like a negative NW1? :D

Incredible. So natural. I guess having hair on the fine side is actually an advantage for the feather zone right at the leading edge of the hairline. 2500 grafts used at 53.6FU/cm2 and plenty in the bank for the future. This is how it's done. Congrats to the patient.
