Dr. Gabel Patient: Ken's HT Journey - 4.5 month update

Recommended Posts

We continue to showcase Ken's monthly progress after surgery. We are presenting his 4.5 month postoperative photos and video. He had 2569 grafts placed into the frontal scalp region. The hairs are now starting to grow. Watching the video is interesting as it gives people a look into the reaction of family and friends to his new hair.

Very nice video and progress Dr. Gabel. Would you consider this to be early for that type of growth so far?

Congrats Ken on your great progress and thanks for talking about your experience. You look terrific, though I'm not sure how I feel about you getting dreadlocks :P

Dr Gabel, I was wondering what the numbness was. Is that the result from the anesthetics used during surgery or is that from the grafts being implanted and blocking the nerves?
