Senior Member bonkerstonker Posted July 27, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted July 27, 2011 No just use minoxidil it's easier and doesn't waste your time like sitting under a comb for god knows how long. From what i researched the best laser can do is help your blood supply to your follicles so pointless if using minoxidil, also i've never herd of anyone who got results using lasers including the full year i did it for when i was young and inexperienced to hair loss 11 years ago. Kind of feels nice though i nearly fell asleep a few times. Bonkerstonker! http://www.hairtransplantnetwork.com/blog/home-page.asp?WebID=1977 Update I'm now on 12200 Grafts, hair loss has been a thing of my past for years. Also I don't use minoxidil anymore I lost no hair coming off it. Reduced propecia to 1mg every other day. My surgeons were Dr Hasson x 4, Dr Wong x 2 Norton x1 I started losing my hair at 19 in 1999 I started using propecia and minoxidil in 2000 Had 7 hair transplants over 12200 grafts by way of strip but 700 were Fue From Norton in uk

Senior Member aaron1234 Posted July 27, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted July 27, 2011 Don't be sorry. A lot of us here have done far dumber & far more expensive things to fight hair loss - myself included. Senior Member bonkerstonker Posted July 27, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted July 27, 2011 Fda approved as safe and as i said it probably does help your blood flow a bit but minoxidil is much better at that. Look on the brightside at least you didn't pay one of these laser con clinics 3000 quid like they charge in the uk, advance laser springs to mind. Senior Member Speegs Posted July 28, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted July 28, 2011 Just goes to show you friend the FDA, like any government bureaucracy is not to be trusted unchecked, the FDA allows all sorts of garbage in our food and drugs. One reason our drugs are so expensive is because companies prepare for the inevitable litigation from side effects from drugs rushed into the market after limited trials, but they met FDA criteria just the same. Senior Member hairthere Posted July 28, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted July 28, 2011 stash, do a search on here and you'll find a few guys touting the laser comb, but NONE of them ever came forward with pictures to prove their results. Seriously, do you think any of us would spend tens of thousands of dollars on HT surgery if a $500 laser comb really worked?
