It's necessary for us to put this delay on sending private messages in order to control spam. There is no need to request your messaging be activated. This prevents spammers from mass mailing legitimate members. I have gone ahead and activated private messaging for your account. This is to prevent new registered users from sending bulk messages to every single member on this forum, which has happened before we've implemented this strategy.
