Senior Member Mickey85 Posted April 26, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted April 26, 2011 (edited) Hey there guys, this is my first time posting on a hair restoration forum(usually posting on guitar or music forums) so forgive me if I go about things in a slightly unorthodox fashion. About me: 25 years old Have always hade a crooked/slanted hair line No hairloss noticed Want the front hairline thickened and straightened out Pretty much want a straight hairline with it thickened out a bit. I have pulled back my hairline in the photo for an exaggerated effect. I'm not to content with the "zig zag" style of my natural hairline. I pretty much want it all matching the lowest point of my natural hairline, no lower. What do you guys reckon? What are the options? How many grafts? Senior Member Tao Posted April 26, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted April 26, 2011 That's kind of funny because most guys, when they plan a hairline, want it jagged, just like you have it so it looks natural. A straight hairline does not usually look normal. Yuo have the look most are dying to get! Senior Member mattj Posted April 26, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted April 26, 2011 It doesn't look bad to me at all, but I can understand how someone might want to look into straightening it out. I think you'd be best off going with FUE for a small case like yours. I imagine doctors will give you quotes of around the 500 graft range, (don't quote me on that!) but different doctors have different opinions and it's best to ask them yourself. Senior Member Mickey85 Posted April 27, 2011 Author Senior Member Share Posted April 27, 2011 I think it looks fine and you should not have any work done. I do appreciate the reassurance, but it does kind of bug me. In photos and such, at certain angles, it does look alot more skewed. Maybe it's just how I perceive it. Senior Member Mickey85 Posted April 27, 2011 Author Senior Member Share Posted April 27, 2011 Would there be doctors who would do the procedure? I can imagine some might not like it due to my age?
