Dr. Parsley,

Thank you for presenting this case. It appears as if the patient underwent a significant transformation. Nicely done!

Hi Dr Parsley!

I am just curious, did the patient have any donor issues? I supposed he did a strip surgery? From the photos, he looked like he should have relatively thick hair at the donor area so i thought prob he should get like, 3000 grafts or something like that.

Dr. Parsley, you continue to do amazing work! Very good healing. The graft placement worked great for 2000 grafts over such a large area.

Finasteride 1.25 mg. daily

Avodart 0.5 mg. daily

Spironolactone 50 mg twice daily

5 mg. oral Minoxidil twice daily

Biotin 1000 mcg daily

Multi Vitamin daily

Damn, with all the stuff you put in your hair are you like a negative NW1? :D

Dr. Parsley,

Thank you for posting this excellent result. Nice work indeed! This patient's hair characteristics really help to enhance the illusion of density.
