If you were wanting a new face to go with the new hair. Here is a picture of what is possible with ones own ass fat these days. Absolute cutting edge fat grafting done with permanent injections. This is one lucky bastard if you ask me; 100% improvement. Probably cost him about 40k though. Amazing huh? Just wanted to share my research.
