I would have to say that from what has been provided the work looks very good.

As I always state however, there needs to be more angles, similar lighting, post op photos, etc. to give a proper assessment of the true abilitlies. I must sound like a broken record.

Again, we see the wonderful characteristics of middle eastern/Indian hair.

The hair is more coarse and larger in diameter and provides amazing coverage when transplanted against olive/tan skin tones.

One of the drawbacks to hair of this nature, is that often times, regardless of skill, the hairlines look slightly "odd" and almost "pluggy" (Not a good term, but one that we have to use)

In this case, the photos show amazing coverage, which we have come to expect from these type of patients. However, regardless of camera angle or lighting, we would only get a true assessment of these patients in-person, where the angulation, shaft diameter of the fu's used in the immediate hairline, and incision size used to place the hairline would be immediately noticeable.

With all of that said, these photos represent what I would expect from a Doc doing solid follicular unit grafting. Solid hairlines and great density.

The only thing missing here is ultra-refined follicular unit grafting in the hairline using .6, .7mm incisions (From what I can see).

Dr. Mohammad seems to be doing some quality work and judging by his photos is on par with what we would expect from out recommended physicians.

Thanks!!!

Go Cubs!

I won't repeat much of what I posted when replying to the "recommendation thread" for Dr. Mohmand but will again mention a desire to start seeing overhead shots and closeups directly after surgery for better analysis of density, overall coverage and a "birds-eye" view of incisions and graft placement.

Overall, I thought the work looked very good.

I agree with what everyone has been saying. As hairbank said, I think the "top down" or "birdseye" view of the top down really paints the most accurate picture of density or lack thereof. My hairline shots even now, with a 4 clip buzz looks great...but from top down, you can see that it's still very thin and needs a lot more density. Hopefully I'll see some in the next 3 months or so for myself. In the meantime...I hope Dr. Mohmand is willing to post some pictures such as this.

That's quite an exotic discovery Pat, I guess I speak for most of of us located in North America. I will have to say that the work looks good from the photos presented to us. We have established high standards on this forum and if a US clinic was to present such photos we would immediately ask for better, more varied angles with accurate detail of the procedures such as grafts and hair counts, etc ... It's the only way to make sure, short of having a veteran member of the site experience a procedure personally.

Any volunteers?

I may sound overly cautious but to me the work I see from such pictures is inconclusive at best, the pictures do not substantiate much in an attempt to determine the quality level of this clinic, there are no after pictures shooting down on the hair (camera well above hair, lens axis perpendicular to the top of the scalp) in close up which is the most critical angle, as several members have previously posted we all know that thick wiry hair on a darker skin tone will look fantastically dense especially if the camera axis is mostly parallel to the top of the scalp. If I were the owner of this clinic I would not try to make a case before my dossier is fully ready to be inspected under a microscope by the members of our demanding forum.
