You are encouraged to share idea by management, and when you do, management either beats you up or disregards you. Sometimes people attain power not because they are particularly knowledgable on human nature, or what inspires people to be productive. They attain power for other, less noble reasons. So anyway, here I think ideas are shared and reviewed in a generally professional and open manner. So the constituents become stronger because of the whole. I usually post WAY MORE than two. Heh, heh, heh. And this site DOES suck. It sure sucked me IN and won't let go! Great community of people, I think is the main thing. Congrats, by the way.
