  1. I will upload shortly another very nice result performed recently on an spanish client, for the moment you can see here some good close up views of the first line.
  2. Hello and thank you for the comments, Regarding the result, I personally believe that the appearance of the guy match perfectly the reality, if I had seen the guy on the street without knowing in advance that he had an SMP, Im pretty sure that even with my trained eye I would have never imagined that this was not his hair. I got this conclusion after I have experienced the SMP by HIS HAIR in my own skin. Sometimes I was looking in the mirror to try to find and locate the points from the smp to differentiate from the others produce by "real hair" and see exactly the result produced by the SMP and virtually my mind were unable to process it for a while, what happen I guess is some kind of automatic response from the mind, your mind knows that below those bald areas there is an SMP but your eyes just see a shaved head, so the message processed by the brain is that you are seeing a non bald guy. By the way, these pics and video were taken between sessions and from my experience I know that after one month the intensity of the colour still will fade a bit so Im sure that the appearence of the guy is fully natural nowadays. I understand that the design of the guy from the photos it can give the impression that it is too straight but actually it is not, in this photo you can see how it follows the normal shape from typical male pattern producing an smooth appearance from every angle. Even for more naturalness 3 small scars were left empty deliberately. And about to shave your head and just move on with your life it can be a solution for a while but I don't think that this will satisfies many people in long term as I was shaving my head for ten years before to decide to proceed with my first HT which as a disaster by the way, and the reason is because there is a huge difference between balding and shaved looking. There are many examples of people with amazing hair who likes to shave their head, Vald?s from Barca, Piqu?, actors, singers, my neighbour....etc.. Difference between bald and shaved
  3. Hello everybody, The following case its a patient from Spain who underwent recently his SMP treatment at HIS HAIR Clinic in Marbella. The patient is extremely happy with his result and he wanted to share his experience with all of us. Here you can see his BEFORE and AFTER. BEFORE AFTER Here we can examine some photos taken outside to see how he looks in his day by day.
  4. There are a few companies who state that their SMP is temporary and designed to fade after 24-36 months. So what happens at this stage, does it totally disappear? As that’s the meaning of temporary. Or does it just fade, where if it is not reapplied it would look odd as it would not match the clients existing hair? Thus the client then needs to have the procedure re-applied and the cycle continues every few years? Are there any documented case studies or pictures of clients who can show what this treatment looks like ‘faded’? The SMP carried by HIS Hair Clinic does not change colour over time. The co-founder Ian Watson had the procedure carried out in 2002 and in the picture you see below was taken 10 years later in September 2012.
  5. Hello Dakota, I underwent a micropigmentation myself at HIS HAIR Clinic because after my research I found out that this was the company with more experience in the field worldwide, it is a company that patented their own SMP procedure back in 2002 and since then they have performed more SMP treatments than any other company in the world. The responses that you got from the HIS HAIR representative are accurate and nothing but the truth, if someone told you to not go permanent and go temporary this can be sales tactic too. So I recommend to extract your own conclusions after seeing as much cases as possible and visiting the clinic and meeting patients in person during any of the open doors days that HIS HAIR celebrate in many of major cities in USA and worldwide. If you go temporary and you feel ok with the result then you will have two options, to do a retouch periodically every year or to go permanent. You can save money going permanent from the beginning, and if any day in the future you decide to remove the pigment then we at HIS HAIR can eliminate the pigment entirely with our specific laser that we use mainly to repair results from another providers. Here you can see how it works the laser.
  6. Hello, The reasons for me to do the micro were for one side to try to conceal better the strip scar, I'm always loved to wear my hair very short specially on sides but now I have to keep my hair longer in order to cover the scar. I would like to cut my hair shorter and then the scar its a problem. For other side the white dots left after 3 FUE procedures were noticeable too with shorter hair so here I have to say that the micro works very well, it has visually repaired my donor which was plenty of white dots. Another objective was to make my result on top more homogeneous, again with shorter hair the aspect on top was not the best and there were few areas that the density was not enough to cut your hair shorter, even with longer hair sometimes the light was reflecting in my scalp on those points and for me it was uncomfortable. Regarding my situation before the procedures it was not a big deal but I had a butchering strip procedure in first place and then I was forced to have three subsequent repairs, the micropigmentation it's a part of this repair. Here you can examine my case:
  7. Hi Sundg1984, the best place that I know for SMP is HIS HAIR Clinic, here you can see my case: http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/170029-my-case-micropigmentation-his-hair-clinic.html They have office in NYC, if you are interested in to have a personal consultation just let me know and I will arrange for you. Good luck!
  8. Hello to everybody, Below you can examine some photos taken 3 weeks after my last session. 3 weeks postop The scar is still a damn beast, but is much better than before the treatment and infinitely better than what the first "surgeon" produced in my first procedure Here a close-up view.
  9. I'm currently testing different length, I have not decided yet. Cheers
  10. First of all to conceal the strip scar and the white dots from FUE and secondly to add some illusion of density in the top in some areas.
  11. Thank you fixstrip, yes I agree and consider myself blessed. Good luck with your treatment and let us know the result! Cheers,
  12. Thank you future Doc! By the way, I'm seeing that the link with my previous 4 HT procedures were deleted, not sure if this goes against the rules to put a link to another forum, anyway, I think that it was relevant to see where I come from. Thanks.
  13. Hello everybody, As I mentioned in previous threads I was recently undergoing my own SMP procedure at HIS HAIR CLINIC in Marbella, Spain. For those who dont know my case here you can see a summary of all the procedures that I had by chronological order. As you can see in the photos it was a long trip since my first procedure with a butcher in Spain, I had suffered a lot through the whole experience nonetheless I was blessed with the opportunity to recover a normal appearance and with this recent procedure of SMP I think that I can be more than satisfied of where I am nowadays. BEFORE TO BUZZ THE HEAD BUZZED FOR THE SMP
  14. Hello to everybody, The following case is an example of an approach of light density in which the c client basically has sought to frame his face. These are the photos of the procedure. BEFORE AFTER 2 SESSIONS Video before Video after
  15. Hi Bronte, the Ink used by HIS HAIR its permanent, we can make our treatment semi-permanent, although not many of our clients want a semi-permanent solution. Concerning the colour, HIS HAIR has a wide experience in the field and has been practising his micropigmentation method MHT for more than 10 years now and during all this period any of HIS patients has reported problems of change of the colour or widening of the point. The ink, deposited too deeply is the major cause of producing a bluefish look or enlargement of the point, particularly if the make-up of the ink has a lot of copper.
  16. Hello everybody, The following example it shows a restoration of a nw7 in which it has been used the method of micropigmentation MHT exclusive of HIS HAIR. The patient is very happy with his new look and as he says no one has said something about his appearance nor said that he had a micro or anything done, even examining the hairline from very close, which means that the appearance of the treatment is extremely natural. Here we can see the metamorphosis from before and after. BEFORE AFTER
  17. Hi Spanker, I think you are right, I should have been more professional here, it was a bad day. For any more questions I'm at your disposition. Thank you.
  18. Do you know what it is frustrating? that I created this thread to show the result of an SMP in a scar but instead to comment about the result on the scar, you thought that this was the right place to complain about your own treatment and to request explanations to HIS HAIR about how it works the whole industry and even complaining if we didnt replied asap, and I think that this is not correct. If you have complains then you can open a new thread and ask to your clinic about every detail of your procedure that in your opinion was wrong, but I think that it is not fair to request to HIS HAIR for explanations about the colours that we use and how we use, or to compare us with other clinics or to request explanations about your own case because in first place, we don?t know the details of your procedure and how the treatment was done, and second, we are not responsible for procedures made by other clinics, obviously. This is my personal opinion and not necessarily express the clinic's collective view.
