  1. Black tattoo ink, deposited too deeply is the major cause of producing a bluefish look, particularly if the make-up of the ink has a lot of copper. Its not a question of Brown pigment fading out quickly so it won't turn blue, it's more to do with the metals in the ink/pigment are less prone to turn blue.
  2. Hi Scar5, HIS Hair Clinic have met Milena, she came to visit us at our Birmingham clinic back in 2011, she was from a permanent make-up / micro pigmentation background hence the company name beautyMedical. The following two sentences are taken from the two top permanent make-up company websites in the UK. 1. Semi-permanent make-up or permanent cosmetics is achieved in by infusing hypo-allergenic specialist pigments into the dermal layer of the skin, where they remain all day, every day. The results fade gradually over 2-3 years, with a “colour boost” recommended 15 months after the initial application – to maintain a fresh appearance. 2. How long does it last for? As your skin rejuvenates, the pigments will gradually fade over a period of up to two years. I recommend that you have a colour boost every 12 to 18 months to keep your look fresh. When we use brown pigments we use semi permanent brown colours like Milena would use and any other cosmetic permanent make up artist/practitioner would use. The reason we don't use brown pigment very often is simple, most of our clients have a very short hair style post their SMP procedure, either shaven or buzzed with a clipper with no guard or 0.5m. Brown hair cut at this length does NOT look brown hence why we don't use brown colours very often. I hope this will clarify.
  3. Hello to everybody, The following is a case that I love, not only because of the result but specially due to the new emotional status of the patient. In the video we can see how we work at HIS HAIR CLINIC to produce a normal aesthetic appearance in a patient affected by alopecia areata.
  4. Hi scar5, is not necessary to be sarcastic, I was busy the last couple of days and had no time to check the forum and to reply to your question, next time if you have any urgent question you can send me an email and I will reply during the next 24 hours Regarding your questions about colours. We do use a variety of colours (sometimes brown (not very often) and different types of pigment / ink, it depends on what the client wants to achieve a now and in the future. We try to future proof what we do for the client and we too can make our treatment semi-permanent, although not many clients want a semi-permanent solution, particularly when we can remove pigment easily with our laser machines should someone wish to modify their hairline or remove the pigment in its entirety. Thank you.
  5. Hello Tacolinowest, no the SMP doesn't harm the native hair, you can have another strip if it was the case after the first SMP. I will have my own SMP procedure in March, it will be done between the existing hair and the goals are to cover one strip scar, white dots from FUE and to densify some points of the top and to produce an homogeneous effect of density in general in the whole head. I will post my case so we will be able to examine the result. Thank you.
  6. Hello, I`ll explain regarding your questions, Yes we blended MHT into the scar tissue as well as above and below the donor site area. Regarding the colours, we have approximately 100 shades of different pigment colour and we select the appropriate colour depending upon the clients colour of skin, scar tissue colour, any remaining hair and density of hair. Thank you,
  7. Hello everybody, The following case is an example of how His Hair Clinic works when the objective is to eliminate an scar from a previous HT procedure with Strip method. In order to achieve this has been used the particular Micropigmentation procedure patented by His Hair. BEFORE AFTER
  8. Hello to everybody, My name is Escar and some of you probably already know me from my collaboration with Hair Transplant Clinics such HDC Clinic from Cyprus or CETA Clinic from Madrid. My history in the Hair field starts 10 years ago when I was butchered by a “Hair Transplant doctor” in Spain who instead to solve my upcoming problem of hairloss located in the temples, he destroyed my head and almost my life and future welfare doing a horrible procedure with results that could have killed the self-esteem of anyone for life. Fortunately after lots of research, time, money and energy invested and 3 repair procedures using Strip and FUE methods I achieved a normal appearance with apparently no hairloss or visible signs from previous procedures, except if I cut my hair too short, but here is when it appears in scene the Scalp Micropigmentation and His Hair Clinic, matter that I will elaborate in a later stage. I'm here now to proudly announce my collaboration with the company called HIS HAIR CLINIC which are pioneers in the field of Scalp Micro Pigmentation, SMP. This technique, is the most advanced non surgical procedure to treat bald areas and to create an illusion of hair, this method works specially well for a shaved head look, but it’s also suitable to be used to increase the appearance of density and coverage in areas with existing hair, to increase the illusion of density from an HT, to cover the white dots from an FUE procedure or to visually make disappear an scar from an Strip procedure. The applications of the treatment can vary depending the circumstances and needs of every patient and the particular conditions of the case. The professionals of the clinic will study each case in particular and will provide the best advice to the patient in order to achieve the exact results that he is looking for, from a more defined hair line to a more soft, from a darker color to a lighter tone. Pigment colors and distribution rates will depend on the specific area of the scalp being treated at the time, the skin tone of the individual and the desired final appearance. His Hair Clinic has a wide experience in the field of SMP and has been practising and developing the technique since more than 10 years ago, during this time numerous clinic trials were conducted and supported by clinical evidences in order to create the technique that we are offering nowadays, from an initial concept to a fully developed clinical procedure that provides amazing results and that actually changes the life of patient, increasing the self esteem and the self-confidence automatically. The procedure usually takes from 2 to 3 sessions in order to produce the most possible natural result. His Hair Clinic is pioneer and original developer of this technique so we have the best knowledge and understanding of how this process works and how to do it in every case in order to achieve the most impressive results. No other company in the market can match our level of experience and expertise in the field of SMP. All the pigments used at HIS HAIR are certified as hypoallergenic and plants based, they don’t consist of the metal salts commonly associated with tattoo inks. All the pigments are also especially formulated by our specialists and have a range of more than 100 different colors in order to achieve the perfect blend of shades and to exactly match the remaining “real” hair. All the treatments are conducted in a safe and sterile environment using single use, triple cluster microfine needles of our own unique specification. Our pigments will maintain their color and definition, unlike other pigments that often turn green or blue or spread out within the dermis of the skin over time. The scalp micropigmentation MHT® is also a flexible procedure which allows you to create now the hairline and density that you always desired, but that will also adapt to refresh the treatment later on in life if your circumstances and/or preferences may have changed. With HIS Hair Clinic you are entrusting your scalp pigmentation treatment to the very best, most experienced and most highly regarded team in the business. From now on I will start to post results and examples of our work periodically so you can understand better which kind of results we are producing and if this is what you would like to get for your own case. If you have any question regarding the procedure and/or would like to discuss any matter related I’m at your disposition at any time. Thank you,
  9. HDC has been making some thoughts about their pricing in the UK. Their main concern is not the competition from other Euro zone countries but the competition from the UK. Due to the fact that the sterling lost a lot of value against the Euro, HDC seem a rather expensive option when compared with UK clinics. So they are thinking of applying a price list with a more favorite exchange rate so that the cost will be reduced. Additionally they offer free, Flights, Accommodation, airport transfers, blood test and post operation kit. Thank you.
  10. Hello guys, I will try to put some light on the questions that you are discussing here. Concerning the team of HDC our medical director is Dr Michalis and he is in charge for every procedure performed at the HDC clinic, despite the fact that we have a huge but not less experienced medical team, until 10 persons are fully committed for every procedure, including dr Michalis, dr Fotis, dr Dinos and 8 assistants, this is a standard protocol in most clinics who are performing large sessions, such H&W, Forhair and others, despite the fact that for an FUE procedure the number of assistants needed are less than in a strip procedure. Concerning the place for consultations our offices are situated in London at Regus offices building, I assume that considering that it is a building who rents offices most probably there will be hundred of companies and I can confirm that HDC have no relation with any other company at the building or in the HT industry, HDC clinic are based in Cyprus and all the procedures are performed at the clinic in Cyprus. Cocerning direct experiences from patients there are some english patients who had a procedure recently and that manifested their interest in to share their experiences in the forums, not sure about if they did already or not, I will ask my colleague Alex and George, who are in charge of the english patient if some of them did already. In the meantime here you can examine few experiences posted by HDC patients in Spain, maybe you can use a translator and if you need anything just let me knonw. (promotional links removed)

Hello Bill, First of all thank you for welcome to your community, it will be great to participate and contributing with it, so I will be more than happy to show periodically different examples and updates of different cases performed at the HDC clinic so that you can examine it more thoroughly and extract your own conclusions. About those links that I posted before I specially wanted to show Phillipos some patient feedback?‚??s about they own experiences with HDC, those patients were operated with HDC over 2007, some of them are close to the final result and some other still have to wait a little bit more. In the meantime I will open a new post to show a procedure performed at the HDC clinic, before, immediate post-op and few months later. For any question, at your service.
