I may be returining back for a 2nd H/T 10th April. I am hoping i'll acheive around 2000 minimum if donor allows it??? May ask for around 5-700 grafts crown area, 1000 grafts frontal area and the remaining more central. What is the norm when dealing with the crown area should they just be planted or should they planted in a natural swirl?? After this H/T I will be allowing my hair to grow out, right up to December before I go for a cut, unlike before. Any ideas please do comment.

I like the way the crown has been done. Do all surgeons produce this quality of work on this forum??? It seems the grafts have been strategically placed to give it the maximum affect.

Yogis Dad, I suppose you are right, the area obviously covered was huge and for what it is, it aint too bad, taking into consideration I can walk around without a hat.

I am contemplating a 2nd H/T???? I think if some kind of illusion affect can be acheived then id be happy with that.

The gap appears to the right frontal area about 2sq cm. The scar very few people realise its there . Thats because I dab a little nanogen on to the scar.

Theses are 9 month post op pics. I ve had to keep the hair short due to many gaps appearing on growth due to the large area covered. A touch of nanogen has been added in these pics. I am considering a 2nd H/T hopefully that will give the density that is required for a fuller look if strategicaly placed.

Yes Dakota3,I keep it short due to the lack of density.I did try to grow it out but it looked very SCRAGGY. Thats why a 2nd H/T maybe on the horizon.

Hope it goes well for you. I think looking at your pics and ith another H/T things will look much better. I was contemplating another H/T myself with DR,H Just waiting for a reply from him via email.

I see what you are saying Mr Jobi a 2nd H/T is looking inevitable. In my case the area was large and to be realistic your right in what you are saying. Just hope the next H/T is gonna wrap things up so I can get on with my life.

Well Im hoping the strip will do the job. But if for some reason there is a short fall in grafts then the next best option would have to be FUE. Saying that Im hoping the strip will doe the job nicely.

You may be right, Ill have to see on the day if it will be sufficient, if not then a few FUE may be needed for the crown.

Well I was hoping the strip wil be used for the density front and top. Then additional FUE units will be taken from back of the head to cover some of the crown area.

Yeh sure ill load some up over the last 3 months. You will see another H/T is required after all it was a very large area to cover. I was looking at AGENTHARLEY'S profile from USA New York Bald Class - 5a absolutley amazing transformation, saying that I was a 6plus on NWS so im hoping i gonna see some real results by christmas after my 2nd H/T. Just waiting to hear from DR H.

Im thinking of a 2nd H/T . I was a NWS6 who qualified for 3250 grafts but feel 2nd H/T may be needed to fill in the spaces. What do you guys think???? will it improve things??? Cheers

From your experience do you think another 2500-3000 may make a big difference I also see that your 1st H/T was in 1996. Since then have you noticed a difference in technology and which clinic did you go to in the UK.. Cheers
